John Harbaugh didn’t hold back while he encouraged Travis Kelce to hang up his jersey for good to start a family with Taylor Swift.

The head coach for the Baltimore Ravens explained that he hopes the Chiefs tight end and the 14-time Grammy winner tie the knot “pretty soon” so he has one less threat in the AFC.
“I hope they get married,” Harbaugh said in a recent interview with Us Weekly. “I hope they have a bunch of kids. Heck, maybe he’ll get ready to retire here pretty soon to pursue that family aspect of his life. I would encourage that.”
Harbaugh, 61, added that he’s “rooting for them,” and described the couple’s whirlwind romance as the “coolest thing ever.”
The Ravens begin the 2024-25 regular season against Kelce and the Chiefs on Sept. 5 in Kansas City.
Swift could very well be in attendance for the AFC Championship rematch — the Chiefs beat the Ravens 17-10 to reach Super Bowl 2024 — as her Eras Tour will be on hiatus at the time.

The “Fortnight” singer has a slate of shows in London at the end of August, and then she has a break until October when North American dates resume.
Swift made her first public appearance at a Chiefs game last September, when she was seen with Kelce’s mother, Donna, cheering in a private suite at Arrowhead Stadium during a 41-10 win over the Bears.
They went public with their relationship the next month when they were seen holding hands while out together in New York City.“I couldn’t say I’m a Taylor Swift fan because I don’t know enough of the songs,” said Harbaugh, who’s entering his 17th season as head coach in Baltimore. “But the songs I’ve heard from my daughter over the years, I like ‘em. I think they’re excellent. I think she’s so talented. When you watch her perform, oh my god, it’s sick how talented she is.”

Kelce and Swift, both 34, have been at the center of engagement rumors for some time.
In December, Page Six reported that the three-time Super Bowl champ received her father, Scott Swift’s, blessing to propose.
Kelce followed Swift on tour after the Chiefs’ 25-22 overtime Super Bowl win over the 49ers in February.

AFC Powerhouse Lands Vikings WR Justin Jefferson In Blockbuster Trade Proposal That Would Make Them The Team To Beat Over The Chiefs

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson has been widely mentioned in trade rumors this offseason, simply because the two sides have yet to reach a contract extension.

Justin Jefferson is entering the fifth and final year of his rookie deal. Given his status as the best wide receiver in football, it’s noteworthy that the two sides have failed to find ground on a new deal.

There aren’t indicators on either end that a trade is inevitable. But what if if Vikings GM Kwesi Adofo-Mensah gets an offer he can’t refuse for the soon-to-be 25-year-old?

Bleacher Report’s Alex Ballentine proposed a league-changing trade proposal idea that has Minnesota trading Justin Jefferson to the Cincinnati Bengals in exchange for fellow star wideout Tee Higgins and 2025 first and third-round picks:

“The LSU trio of Joe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase and Justin Jefferson was the engine behind one of college football’s greatest offenses in 2019.

If they were reunited, they would undoubtedly do the same to the league. The Bengals’ battery of Burrow and Chase is already one of the best quarterback-wide receiver connections in the league when they are both healthy. Adding Jefferson to that mix would be unfair to defenses around the league.”
