As the saga of Kansas City Chiefs wideout Rashee Rice unfolds, he was able to unwind and enjoy himself on Thursday night.

After the Kansas City Chiefs wrapped up minicamp on Thursday morning, everybody got dressed and headed to a private ceremony to receive their Super Bowl 58 rings.

Star wide receiver Rashee Rice, as well as many others, received their Super Bowl LVIII championship rings at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.

Footage surfaced of Rice having a good time after receiving his ring.

Amid his celebration, fans online made sure he did not forget what he did this offseason and that he should be jailed for his actions.

Rice is still facing multiple charges related to his high-speed car crash in March that left people injured. He faces a total of eight criminal charges stemming from a high-speed hit-and-run crash that occurred in Dallas, where he was caught on camera racing, crashing, and then fleeing the scene with others. He also faces a civil lawsuit related to the crash.

On top of that, Rashee Rice was also under investigation by Dallas police for an alleged assault in which a Dallas nightclub guest suffered non-life-threatening injuries. However, the victim of that alleged assault requested not to pursue charges, NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero previously reported.

Rashee Rice Finally Broke His Silence on Offseason Troubles

Rashee Rice faces possible suspension from the league stemming from the eight criminal charges he racked up from a high-speed hit-and-run crash that occurred in Dallas in March.

A possible assault charge followed, but the alleged victim changed his mind.

The Kansas City Chiefs second-year wide receiver finally broke his silence when he vowed to “mature.”

“I’ve learned so much from [the offseason troubles],” Rice said via PJ Green of FOX 4 Kansas City. “All I can do is mature and continue to grow from that. This is a step in a better direction for me.

“Accidents and stuff like that happen, but all you can do is move forward and walk around being the same person, try to be positive so that everybody can feel your love and your great energy.”
