NFL Fans Are Making Hysterical Comparisons To Zach Wilson's New HaircutZach Wilson (Photo by Getty Images)
NFL fans were having a field day making comparisons to Denver Broncos quarterback Zach Wilson, who recently debuted a brand new look.

The NFL X/Twitter account posted two photos of Zach Wilson’s photoshoot with his new team. As you can see, Wilson almost looks unrecognizable with the longer slick-backed hairstyle:

And with that, the hilarious Zach Wilson comparisons were on…

So congratulations to Wilson on being compared to the likes of Christian Bale and Adam Scott. All he had to do was change up his hairstyle to break the internet on Tuesday afternoon.

In April, the Broncos acquired Wilson in a trade with the New York Jets in exchange for the No. 203 selection in the draft. New York also sent Denver a seventh-round pick (No. 256 overall).

The Broncos have completely altered their quarterback room this offseason. They released Russell Wilson and took on $85 million in dead money charges over the next two years, before acquiring the Jets’ Wilson to compete with Jarrett Stidham.

With the No. 12 pick in the draft, the Broncos selected Oregon quarterback Bo Nix. He was the sixth QB taken there, behind Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels, Drake Maye, Michael Penix Jr. and JJ McCarthy.

Wilson and the Broncos open their 2024 season on Sept. 8, when they play the Seattle Seahawks on the road at Lumen Field.

Zach Wilson Gets The Fresh Start He Needed

The Jets drafted Wilson second overall in 2021, hoping he would emerge as the franchise signal-caller this team has lacked for decades now. But Wilson was never able to put it together in Gotham, completing just 57 percent of pass attempts for 6,293 yards and 23 touchdowns against 25 interceptions.

Even if Wilson doesn’t end up starting in Mile High City, he will benefit in learning behind one of the greatest offensive-minded coaches ever in Sean Payton. Assuming he hits 2025 free agency, Wilson will have several options to revive his career.
