Love Island fans were left fuming after Omar Nyame entered the villa, with many raging he’s able to take time off while parents are fined for taking their kids out of school

Love Island fans were left fuming after PE teacher Omar Nyame strutted into the villa on Friday’s episode.

The latest instalment saw mental health nurse Mimii Ngulube get a text about new hunk Omar, who was waiting to whisk her away for a date following her solo status post-recoupling. She let out an ecstatic ‘thank you’ and dashed off to meet the 25-year-old Croydon educator.

While Mimii was buzzing over the fresh meat in the villa, viewers were seething at the thought of a PE teacher swanning off to Love Island while they cop fines for yanking their kids out of school for a vacay. One peeved tweeter blasted: “Ermmmmmm hold on sunny Jim…..

“Teacher is having time off for a bit of Love Island but I’ve got an attendance officer patronising me because I’m not willing to pay an extra £2k on a holiday in the summer break. Make it make sense. Fine him and his parents.”

Another ticked-off viewer ranted: “So parents can’t take their kids on holiday during term but a teacher can go on Love Island,” while another chimed in with: “PE TEACHER? I hope he’s getting fined for going on holiday out of school term.”

And one more added their two cents: “Can’t take my Daughter on holiday without being fined BUT a PE teacher can go on Love Island.”

One person jumped to the teacher’s defence, suggesting that Omar might not be currently teaching. They stated: “He’s probably a qualified PE Teacher without a job teaching at this current time hence he’s on Love Island. You as a parent can do as you wish and receive the fine your child is not held hostage!”

Before stepping foot in the villa, Omar revealed: “I’m done with messing around and casually seeing girls, I want to find real love. I’ve done the whole party thing and dated lots of people but now I’m ready to find the real deal.”

He also boasted about his charm, saying: “I’m very confident in who I am and my looks. I’d like to think the way I can speak to women helps me out because I’m not shy and afraid to say how I feel about them.”
