Two months after the Los Angeles Chargers took a shot at Davante Adams and the Las Vegas Raiders on X/Twitter, the superstar wide receiver finally responded with a firm message.
On the day of the 204 NFL schedule release, the Chargers’ social media team decided to have fun by running a thread that displayed side-by-side photos of their opponents and Pop-Tarts. For the Raiders’ post, the Bolts shared an image of Adams beside a photo of Pop-Tarts in a garbage dump:

During his appearance on Kay Adams’ “Up & Adams” show, the six-time Pro Bowl wideout warned the Chargers’ social media team to stop using his name. Adams also made the trash talk more juicy by pointing out his success against them:
“It’s not the players’ fault, they didn’t have anything to do with the posts. But this is directed strictly toward the Chargers’ social media page: Please keep my name out your mouth.”
As noted by the @UpAndAdamsShow X/Twitter account, Davante Adams has owned the Chargers over his last four games, with 494 receptions and four touchdowns.
