NFL wide receiver Randall Cobb has shared footage of damage from his house following a fire believed to have been started by a Tesla charger.

The 33-year-old’s house was the scene of a huge blaze this week, with his wife claiming the family was “lucky to be alive” in the aftermath, given that the couple and their three boys were all home at the time.

He’s since taken to Instagram to share photos and videos of the damage, thanking the fire department for their courageous actions while admitting concerns over possible explosions.

“First and foremost, we are all safe and healthy,” he wrote. “We got out of the house and I was able to go back in and get our dog, Louie.”

The former Green Bay Packers star said the fire started in his garage, and he thought his vehicles were going to explode.

“I can’t get the image of the brave firefighter getting into position out of my head; he didn’t even have water to shoot yet,” Cobb continued. “He is a true hero.”

Cobb and his family are staying with a close friend at the moment as his residence is not in a livable condition in the wake of the blaze.

“We don’t know how much, if anything, will be salvageable, but this is a reminder that nothing is more important than the health of our family,” he said.

Investigators Are Still Trying To Determine What Caused The Fire At Randall Cobb’s House

Cobb’s wife claimed in a since-deleted IG post she believed a Tesla charger started the fire. However, the Nashville Fire Department has told TMZ it is still being investigated.

“There was an electric vehicle (EV) in the garage, along with 1 additional vehicle and Investigators were called to the scene to determine the cause of the fire. There were no injuries reported to civilians or personnel,” the department said.

“The investigation is ongoing and some details are unavailable, as part of the investigation.”

Cobb, who played for the New York Jets last season, remains a free agent, having spent most of his career with the Packers. The 13-year veteran was a Pro Bowler in 2014

New York Liberty Superstar Sabrina Ionescu Caught Unnecessary Low-Blow Shot Amid Caitlin Clark Criticism

Much has been made of Caitlin Clark and her behavior during games, and now Sabrina Ionescu is catching heat because of it.

The New York Liberty guard is being put under a microscope after she visibly showed her frustration in a game against the Minnesota Lynx.

One 13-second video posted to X shows Sabrina Ionescu turning the ball over after dribbling to the basket, but then she turns to a teammate and starts yelling at her.

With 20 seconds to go in the game, Ionescu gets open for a three-pointer but then airballs as the team was down six.

The caption on the video mentions her temper and how Caitlin Clark would’ve been blasted if she had done something similar.

This is less about Sabrina Ionescu and more about Caitlin Clark and how she got blasted for showing frustration with her teammate Kristy Wallace during the Indiana Fever’s narrow 88-87 loss to the Chicago Sky.

Clark is seen calling for the ball, but Wallace takes a shot that ends up going in. However, Clark’s visible frustration does not end as she appeared to stare at her afterwards.

Clark’s anger likely has a lot to do with her leading the league in turnovers, which has a ton to do with her teammate’s inability to catch the basketball.

Sabrina Ionescu Further Became A Household Name After 3-Point Challenge Against Stephen Curry

New York Liberty guard Sabrina Ionescu was a known player in the WNBA, but she certainly gained a ton more notoriety after she competed against Curry in a 3-point shooting contest at NBA All-Star weekend.

Curry is a two-time winner of the NBA’s 3-point challenge, and Ionescu won the 3-point contest at the WNBA All-Star Game in Las Vegas.

Curry caught fire just in time during that matchup and defeated Sabrina Ionescu in the first-ever NBA vs. WNBA 3-Point Challenge, per ESPN.
