During a recent episode of First Take, the hosts Molly Qerim and Andraya Carter made fun of a video in which Stephen A. Smith was walking and showing off his suit ahead of Game 1 of the NBA Finals between the Dallas Mavericks and the Boston Celtics. Qerim requested to play the video at full screen, and when Smith arrived, she copied his walk and made fun of him.

Molly Qerim: I’m gonna need the full screen for this; Stephen A. Smith has an arrival shot.

Smith explained, “I’m saying hello to people who say hello to me.

Qerim: How many colons did you spray before you did that walk?

Smith said, “I only spray it once in the morning, and then it’s done. I have a quick question, Andraya. The walk is full. Let me ask you this question.” After that, Smith pointed to the screen and praised his walk, saying, “That’s a good-looking brother right there.”

Despite Qerim’s roast, Carter noticed something in Smith’s pocket

Carter suddenly noticed something unusual in the video and asked Smith about it. She inquired whether something was protruding from his pocket.

“Can we just freeze it? I don’t know if we can; what’s in your pocket? [asked Smith]” Carter said.

In response, Smith replied, “My wallet. I don’t play that. I didn’t have my bag with me. My wallet is always in my upper pocket.” In addition to this, Qerim again started poking Smith by asking, “Why was this on my Instagram and Twitter? Stephen A. arrived at the game, not Luka Doncic, not Kyrie Irving, not Kristaps Porzingis.”

Qerim continued to mock Smith’s walk by imitating his walk while watching the video. Smith then went on to explain the reasons for Qerim and Carter’s questions. In addition, ESPN‘s host Qerim asked Smith to walk in front of her and instructed him to walk as if he were at a party.

Qerim always grabs attention because of her stunning looks and amazing dressing style. Recently, she shocked everyone by posting a photo in a new dress with her co-hosts. However, a fan noticed something unusual in that photo.

During a recent episode of “First Take,” host Stephen A. Smith made a bold statement about the leading candidate for the next head coaching position for the Los Angeles Lakers. Former NBA players Kendrick Perkins and Udonis Haslem, along with Molly Qerim and Smith, discussed the potential of Dan Hurley as the new head coach for the Lakers. While Smith admired Hurley’s potential as a coach, he expressed uncertainty about whether Dan Hurley could change the trajectory of the Lakers.

“So, although I love Dan Hurley, and I think that he is an exceptional coach and a champion, I think that he deserves this opportunity if he decides to take it. What have you? What we’re not going to do is sit here and act like he’s going to pull off something that wasn’t on the verge of being pulled off. Smith said

“I Believe Darvin Ham Would’ve Done That Job”

Smith further praised Hurley, stating that he would do a good job. However, he also mentioned that Darvin Ham would have been a better candidate for the Lakers’ coaching role.

“That the Lakers were so far removed from a championship equation or anything like that under Darvin Ham that all of a sudden, he’s coming in as the savior. Darvin Ham had them in the Western Conference Finals. Hurley, I think, would do a good job. But the job that he would come there and do for the Los Angeles Lakers, I believe Darvin Ham would’ve done that job. Smith added.

The Lakers have been on the hunt for a coaching staff since the team’s early exit from the first round of the playoffs. Recently, Shams Charania of The Athletic reported that JJ Redick was rumored to be a frontrunner for the Lakers’ head coach position. However, ESPN’s analyst Adrian Wojnarowski revealed in his recent reports that the Lakers are targeting Hurley to become the franchise’s next coach.
