Taylor Swift Fans Applaud Eras Dancer for ‘Keeping It Moving’ During Wardrobe Malfunction
Taylor Swift clearly only employs dancers who are just as professional as she is.
One of the dancers on the musician’s history-making Eras Tour was plagued with a bit of a wardrobe malfunction during a recent show in Paris—but fortunately, they handled it like a pro.
While Swift, 34, and the rest of the dancers performed “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?” at La Défense Arena, one of the performers’ zippers completely broke open, exposing their entire back in the middle of the number—but they kept on performing without even missing a beat.
That one backup dancer’s zipper broke and they kept it MOVING baby—real professionals on that stage,” one commenter wrote on TikTok, while another person called the situation the true “sign of a professional
The way i didn’t even notice til you said it!!” someone else wrote, calling the dancers the “definition of professionals!!!”
“The show must go on,” another Swiftie added.
The “Fortnight” songstress and the rest of her crew are seasoned performers when it comes to the Eras Tour, which has been going on since last March. Even the new set for The Tortured Poets Department has been in the works for the last “8 or 9 months,” according to Swift, who said during one of the concerts this week that she and her dancers have been practicing the new songs throughout their scheduled “time off.”
