Cameron Brink
The next class of basketball stars in the WNBA are true fashion icons, and Cameron Brink is at the top of the list.
Los Angeles Sparks rookies Cameron Brink and Rickea Jackson attended the Clippers’ playoff loss to the Dallas Mavericks, and they did not disappoint with their outfits.
No. 2 overall pick Cameron Brink is preparing for her debut WNBA season with the Los Angeles Sparks, but she decided to step out for some fun at the Clippers Game 5 matchup against the Dallas Mavericks.
Cameron Brink showed up sporting a Truman Black Mini Skirt that she sported with a black tank top and black boots. She posted a carousel of pictures from the arena.
Despite this appearance from the Sparks, the Clippers were unable to get the job done on their home court. The Mavericks claimed a dominant 123-93 victory, taking a 3-2 lead, and would close the series out in Game 6, back in Dallas
Los Angeles Sparks Came Up Big At The WNBA Draft
The Sparks, who got lucky with picks Nos. 2 and 4, had an ideal WNBA draft lottery. Whatever the outcome, they would have been winners, but now that they have the most outstanding center and best wing in the class in Cameron Brink and Rickea Jackson, they are even more so
Before the draft, there was substantial debate about whether the Sparks should select Jackson at number two and the remaining big at number four since two of the top three players following Caitlin Clark were centers. But that would have meant maybe losing out on Brink, who was considered by most to be the finest player aside from Clark. The Sparks concurred since they selected Brink second and still managed to select Jackson at No. 4.

Following four dominant seasons at Stanford, Cameron Brink arrived at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in style.
Brink impressed with a black and white dress with a side slit that exposed her entire right leg.
As a senior, Brink averaged 17.4 points, 11.9 rebounds, and 3.7 blocks per game to help Stanford to a 30-win campaign via ESPN.com. Despite her 18 swatted shots in three NCAA tournament games, the Cardinals’ season came to an end when they lost to NC State in the Sweet 16.

Georgia has had another driving-related arrest. On Saturday morning, freshman wide receiver Sacovie White was arrested on two misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and driving down a one-way road.
Sacovie White is the latest Georgia Bulldogs football player to have a traffic-related incident.
Chip Towers of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that White was checked into the Athens-Clarke County jail at 3:04 a.m. on Saturday and later released on two $26 bonds.
Towers stated that since the tragic accident in January 2023 that claimed the lives of football player Devin Willock and recruiting analyst Chandler LeCroy, this is the seventeenth time a member of the football team has been either arrested or cited for a traffic-related violation.
According to the police, when that incident happened, LeCroy and defensive tackle Jalen Carter of Georgia were racing at above 100 mph. Carter entered a no-contest plea and was given a 12-month probationary term, a $1,000 fine, 80 hours of community service, and an order to complete a defensive driving course. Carter is currently a member of the Philadelphia Eagles.
