Troy Aikman’s girlfriend, Haley Clark, has quite the history. She was fired and temporarily banned from her previous job at Nordstrom after the retail giant accused her of stealing nearly $4,000 worth of products, according to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail.

The 34-year-old was accused of stealing $3,924.44 in products through improper use of her employee discount.

This happened in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area in October 2017 while she worked as the director of sales at Trunk Club, a Nordstrom-owned company.

“Plaintiff allowed her friends and relatives to make purchases using her Nordstrom employee discount in direct violation of Nordstrom policy,” the department store said.

Nordstrom declined to file criminal charges, according to the Daily Mail.

Clark was not only fired but she also received a two-year ban from all Nordstrom-owned properties. She filed a lawsuit against Nordstrom in 2018, claiming the allegations against her were not true.

“Plaintiff alleges that she was detained in a deliberately intimidating environment for the purpose of being coerced into signing various documents, including one purporting to be a promissory note evidencing a debt to Nordstrom,” Clark claimed in her lawsuit, which sought more than $200,000 in damages.

“Arbitration is a private process, and neither Clark nor her former employer may disclose the existence, content, or results of any arbitration without the prior written consent of all parties,” Clark’s attorney, Matthew Browne, told the Daily Mail.

Her case was eventually settled in 2019.

She was a director of sales at Trunk Club from November 2013 to November 2017, according to her LinkedIn.

As of right now, she’s currently a senior director of sales for Q Clothier, a men’s custom clothing brand, in Dallas.

Clark has been dating Aikman since June. The 56-year-old has been divorced for three years.

The Hall of Fame QB has two daughters from his first marriage to former Cowboys publicist Rhonda Worthey, and Capa has two sons from her marriage to real estate lawyer Jerry Mooty.
