Photos of the car Khyree Jackson was riding in when he was killed along with his two friends have surfaced online following Saturday’s devastating news.

The Minnesota Vikings cornerback was in the passenger seat of a Dodge Charger driven by former high school teammate Isaiah Hazel, with another former teammate, Anthony Lytton, in the back.

The three friends were driving along Route 4 Pennsylvania Avenue during the wee hours of Saturday morning when they were struck by another vehicle and forced off the road. None of them survived the crash.

TMZ has since obtained photos of the car being loaded onto a tow truck, and the damage looks substantial.

Khyree Jackson Was The Victim Of A Suspected Drunk Driver

Jackson and Hazel were pronounced dead at the scene, with Lytton passing away at hospital.

According to Maryland State Police, per Oregonlive.com, an Infinity Q5 driven by one Cori Clingman hit the Charger while attempting to switch lanes at high speed. The impact sent it into a Chevy Impala before it ran into trees at the side of the road.

Alcohol consumption is suspected to have been at play. But the investigation is ongoing.

The Vikings selected Khyree Jackson in the fourth round of this year’s NFL Draft after one season at Oregon. He was only 24.

“We are devastated by the news of Khyree Jackson’s death following an overnight car accident,” the team shared to social media on Saturday.

“Our thoughts are with Khyree’s family, friends, teammates and coaches, as well as all the victims of this tragic accident.”

Hurricane Beryl made her way into Texas after leaving devastation in her wake, having ravaged the Caribbean last week.

The weather system has entered Houston, with the Texans’ NRG Stadium among the structures to sustain damage.

A video from KHOU 11 News showed that the NFL Stadium’s retractable roof had taken some damage.

The Texans’ home ground has shown visible signs of wear and tear before, with water seen leaking through the roof before the College Football National Championship Game between Michigan and Washington in January. Fortunately, it had no impact on the game.
