Latin music superstar Pitbull is adding a huge investment to update his personal portfolio.

Pitbull, the Miami-based rapper known as “Mr. Worldwide” and “Mr. 305,” signed an incredible deal with Florida International for the naming rights of its football stadium Tuesday.

The Panthers’ field will be called Pitbull Stadium for at least the next five years.

According to ESPN, Pitbull will pay the school $1.2 million per year for five years.

According to the school, this deal will make it the first sports venue in the world named after a musical artist.

In a statement, FIU Athletics Director Scott Carr called the move “a historic day for FIU Athletics to uniquely partner with a world-renowned artist and amazing person who truly values relationships and his community.”

“Armando’s financial support is program-changing, but him providing a microphone to amplify FIU will be even more beneficial to growing our brand,” Carr said. “I couldn’t be more excited about our partnership as this will take us to another level. We can now officially say: ‘Paws Up, Dale!’”

FIU’s first home game of the season at the new Pitbull Stadium is scheduled for September 7 against Central Michigan.

Here Is What Pitbull Gets For $6 Million FIU Naming Rights Stadium Agreement

On Tuesday, FIU announced that it secured a naming rights deal to transform FIU Stadium into Pitbull Stadium, named after the global superstar rapper and singer.

With the deal, it becomes the first-ever athletics venue with an artist possessing the naming rights.

Naming rights is just one thing, but Pitbull is slated to get even more perks.

Per Front Office Sports, Pitbull will be able to use the stadium up to 10 days a year. His vodka brand, Voli 305, will also become the primary vodka served during games and events. He will also have access to two reserved suites during all home games.

“What we’re doing here is groundbreaking,” Pitbull said. “We’re making history. This is history in the making. You’re going to see that every other university is going to want to do the same thing. But the difference is, we don’t do this for propaganda, we do it from the heart. We do it because it’s meaningful. We do it because I’m from the crib. I’m 305. I’m from the bottom. This is my backyard.”
