Michael Jordan | Biography, Stats, & Facts | Britannica

Michael Jordan may be the greatest basketball player that ever lived, but that does not mean he has the warmest personality across the sports landscape. If fans weren’t aware of it before, they found out throughout The Last Dance documentary back in the spring of 2020.

His persona for not caring much has been a long-going joke on social media that shows his picture with the words ‘F— them kids.’

He recently lived up to those words when some kids in Charlotte decided to stake out a parking deck used by Hornets players in the hopes to see LaMelo Ball, only to be shocked to see Michael Jordan.

Jordan justifiably took exception to the kids recording him and promptly turned down their picture request.

“That’s not LaMelo… Oh, that’s Michael Jordan! Michael Jordan! Can I get a pic?”

“As much as I’ll love the oppurtunity to play with Bron one day. It puts the wrap on the possibilities of that because as long this franchise (Golden State Warriors) will have me there is where I’ll be”, Green said.

While he considers the Lakers a significant brother, the Warriors player disclosed that his children refer to LeBron as an uncle. Green said that he values his relationships.

Even though they have a close relationship, they won’t be able to work well together on the court until King James joins the Warriors. Draymond Green stated that he has always considered retiring as a Warriors player, so there is very little chance that he and the Lakers’ great will collaborate at this point in their careers.

Draymond Green Was Suspended in 2016 NBA Finals For Attempting to Hit LeBron James

The 2016 NBA Finals rank among the finest in the league’s history. They featured the Golden State Warriors, who finished 73-9 in the regular season, taking on the LeBron James-led Cleveland Cavaliers, with Kyrie Irving serving as his second in command.

Green said: “I tried to hit Lebron and I got suspended for Game 5 of the Finals. You step over me I’m a grown a** man. You don’t step over my shoulder. There’s a lot of space on the basketball court, I don’t take up that much space. You don’t need to go over my shoulder. You go over my shoulder, you’re disrespecting me as a man.”

Draymond Green clarified that he thought King James’ actions were insulting. Following the game, he tried to strike the then-Cavaliers star. The authorities, however, prevented anything from happening. Subsequently, the league declared Draymond Green’s punishment for the series’ fifth game.
