When Swift first embarked on the Eras Tour in March 2023, “Long Live” wasn’t initially included in the setlist at all. In fact, the Speak Now era originally only consisted of “Enchanted,” making it the shortest era on the setlist. Swift added “Long Live” to the permanent setlist after Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) was released on July 7, 2023, and has performed it at every show on the Eras Tour since.

It’s particularly puzzling and heartbreaking that “Long Live” has been so neglected by Swift since it’s an especially meaningful song for her fans.
