Kansas City Chiefs kicker, Harrison Butker, found himself in controversy after a speech he gave at Benedictine College’s graduation, as he made sexist and homophobic statements, which have earned him huge criticism.

One of the people who have criticized Butker the most harshly is Brooke Schwartz, wife of former Chiefs lineman Mitchell Schwartz, who retired in 2020 and won Super Bowl LIV with Kansas City.

In a post on her Instagram stories, Schwartz harshly criticized the kicker, saying that her husband ‘played many years with him and held back a lot of things’, also comparing his speech to ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ series, as well as calling him anti-Semitic.

In her stories, Schwartz also referenced an opinion she had years ago where she referred to him as an anti-Semite and called him anti-LGBTQ+.
