Tom Brady probably wasn’t as welcome in St. Louis as he thought he might be on Sunday.

The former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback was in the booth on the day as he made his FOX debut during the UFL Championship Game at The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis.

The seven-time Super Bowl winner also presented Birmingham Stallions quarterback Adrian Martinez with the UFL Championship MVP Trophy after the Stallions’ 25-0 win over the San Antonio Brahmas.

He didn’t receive a warm reception from the crowd and was heavily booed during the presentation ceremony.

It appears St. Louis still dislikes Brady for leading the Patriots to a Super Bowl win over the St. Louis Rams as a 24-year-old in 2002.

Given the number of hearts he’s broken as a player, Brady should probably brace himself for similar treatment at certain NFL stadiums next season.

Tom Brady Spoke To The One Former QB He Should Have Avoided On Sunday

Rather interestingly, Tom Brady spoke to Kurt Warner on the field before the game. Warner, who was the quarterback for the Rams when The Greatest Show on Turf lost to the Pats, has questioned the AFC team’s legacy because of the Spygate scandal.

Warner said Spygate added a “sliver of doubt” to New England’s Super Bowl success.

The 15-time Pro Bowler will kick his NFL broadcasting career with FOX off when the Cleveland Browns host the Dallas Cowboys on September 8 in Week 1.

Brady is set to replace Greg Olsen as the network’s lead football commentator and will work alongside play-by-play announcer Kevin Burkhardt.
