Molly Qerim’s outfit had ‘First Take’ colleague Shannon Sharpe stuttering and ready to risk it all during a recent episode.

Molly, Shannon, and Stephen A. Smith usually joke about their outfits with each other to start the show. Most of the time, Smith is the one on the receiving end, with Sharpe taking a crack from time to time.

However, in this particular episode, Qerim was the one catching the attention. The ESPN show host wore a red, skintight dress that had her coworkers comparing her to Captain Marvel and Elasticgirl, all while biting their tongues.

Sharpe also wondered whether she got dressed up for a man, asking her what was really going on.

“Shannon was one gear away from being shifted out of a job,” one wrote in the comments.

“When you can’t keep yourself from complimenting but you also know HR watching,” another wrote.

“Shannon thought he was Hosting Club Shay Shay then had to reel it back,” one person added.

“Lmfao they both ready to risk it all at any moment,” another joked.

A flushed Molly Qerim said she would just take it as a way of them saying they liked her outfit.

‘First Take’ Has Been Hitting Record Numbers Since Shannon Sharpe Arrived

‘First Take’ has been doing some numbers since bringing Sharpe in last year. His former show, ‘Undisputed,’ has cratered since his departure.

“First Take reached another major viewership milestone in 2023. Featured commentator and executive producer Stephen A. Smith and host Molly Qerim marked the show’s most-watched year ever, averaging 496,000 viewers,” The Worldwide Leader in Sports announced in December.

“In Dec., the show’s impressive streak of year-over-year viewership growth reached 17 consecutive months. First Take averaged 611,000 viewers in Dec., the show’s second most-watched month on record, up 24 percent year over year.”

Meanwhile, Sharpe recently landed himself a multi-year deal with the network, while his personal shows, ‘Club Shay Shay’ and ‘Nightcap’ are also two of the most-watched online.

The ESPN sportscaster documented her time on social media at the Formula 1 race. The 40-year-old attended the festivities leading up to the Formula 1 race last weekend. Molly was seen wearing an all-white outfit, donning a jacket over an athletic bra and pants.

She also added what looked like black heels.

Qerim posed twice to show off her outfit, while the third picture shows her signing what looks like her autograph on a poster board.

Fans took to the comment section and collectively lost their minds:

As for the Formula 1 race, Qerim watched as 24-year-old McLaren driver Lando Norris won the race. He pulled away from Max Verstappen after a well-timed safety car, taking the checkered flag more than seven seconds clear of the Red Bull driver.

Aside from the race, Molly also took a picture with the 2023-24 Larry O’Brien trophy, which will be handed to the eventual 2023-24 NBA champions.

As for Qerim, she took a break from the First Take set to head down to Florida for the race at the Miami International Autodrome. Christine Williamson took her seat in the studio last Thursday and Friday.

She would return to her job this week.

Molly Qerim Once Took An Unwarranted Shot At Caitlin Clark

Molly Qerim (Photo by Greg Doherty/Getty Images)ESPN’s Molly Qerim is not one to cause much controversy on the set of First Take, but she felt some type of way that Caitlin Clark was being talked about so much while stating it was only because Paige Bueckers has missed so much time due to injury.

“If Paige Bueckers didn’t basically miss two seasons, I don’t know if we’d be talking about Caitlin Clark the way we are now,” Qerim said.

Clark’s freshman year at Iowa ended with a Sweet 16 loss to UConn, and she got her revenge with a Final Four victory in March.
