Nikki Glaser also made multiple references to Valente during her set.

According to sources, the Brazilian was unhappy with the roast. She is said to have been disappointed and upset.

“Gisele and Tom had a ‘no disparaging remarks’ rule when it came to speaking about each other or their marriage and divorce,” a source informed Us Weekly. “She is definitely offended and upset about the comments made at the roast.”

“She thinks her new relationship should have been off limits. Tom did reach out to Gisele to apologize to her,” the source added. “They are cordial and only communicate about the kids.”

While the jokes weren’t Brady’s fault, it’s cool that he apologized. Plus he did take a shot at her at the end when he referred to football as the love of his life. In any case, it would be better for them to remain cordial, given that they share two kids together.

Hopefully, the apology will help keep things intact.

Tom Brady (Photo via Netflix)Netflix’s “The Roast of Tom Brady” special on Sunday was meant to be a roast of the former NFL quarterback himself, but even Tom Brady decided to join in on the action.

On Sunday, Netflix live streamed the Brady roasting event hosted by beloved actor and comedian Kevin Hart. Others who appeared and spoke at the show included Bill Belichick (Brady’s former head coach in New England), Jeff Ross, Kim Kardashian, and ex-teammates Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski.

When it was Brady’s turn to speak, he made a ruthless joke about OJ Simpson that caused a reaction from the audience. Simpson passed away at the age of 76 on Apr. 10 from a battle with prostate cancer.:

“When I heard there was a slow white Bronco heading down the 405 to come here tonight, I thought we might actually see a real football legend.”

Brady is referencing the infamous “Bronco chase” involving Simpson and his friend Al Cowlings on June 17, 1994. Simpson was charged with the murders of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman, and he drove off with Cowlings despite agreeing to turn himself over to police.

About 95 million Americans watched the low-speed chase unfold on TV. Simpson arrived at his home and spoke to his mother over the phone before surrendering to police.

Simpson was ultimately acquitted of both murders, but he was later found liable for the deaths of Brown and Goldman in a civil trial. Simpson was ordered to pay $33.5 million to the victims of both families.

Tom Brady Was A Great Sport About It All

From jokes about his relationship with Bill Belichick to teases about his lost money in Crypto, Tom Brady was certainly handed a handful of awfully harsh jokes.

But the future Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee handled the entire event with class and sportsmanship. He knew what he was signing up for, and “The Roast of Tom Brady” did not disappoint whatsoever.
