Taylor Swift was at the Kansas City Chiefs ring ceremony without actually being there.

Following her Eras Tour concert on Thursday, the 34-year-old decided she would stay up incredibly late and tune into a live stream of the Kansas City Chiefs ring ceremony so she could watch her boyfriend Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes, and their teammates receive their Super Bowl LVIII rings.

The celebration took place at Kansas City’s Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, as Swift was six time zones away. At one point, Swift joined Chariah Gordon’s Instagram Live, the girlfriend of Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman, and showed him a comment she made about him.

“AND WE GET ANOTHER YEAR OF MECOLE,” she commented.

“JOINING THE PARTY FROM LIVERPOOL LETS GOOOOOOOO,” Swift wrote while currently on the European leg of The Eras Tour.

Swift showed her excitement throughout with comments such as “YESSSSSSS,” “CONGRATULATIONS,” and “AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.”

The ceremony went well, but Taylor wasn’t able to finish it out. As she later commented, “I have to go to sleep; it’s so late here. Love you guys.”

As we all know, the ring ceremony was to celebrate the Chiefs Super Bowl LVIII victory against the San Francisco 49ers, which took place in Las Vegas. It was the franchise’s second Super Bowl win over the 49ers.

Brittany Mahomes Praises Taylor Swift For Creating New Football Fans

Back in September, Taylor Swift shocked everybody by showing up at Arrowhead Stadium to watch Travis Kelce and the Chiefs as their relationship was just beginning.

Swift’s impact was immediate as more gear and more people would tune into games because of her.

Brittany Mahomes, who is married to Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, witnessed firsthand Swift’s impact and how she likely introduced a new generation of football fans.

“I love that it’s getting young girls into football, so that they can watch it with their dads,” Brittany told E! News at the Chiefs’ 2024 Super Bowl ring ceremony.

“I feel like most dads out there love it when their daughters are like, ‘I wanna watch football!’”

She added, “It got a bunch of beautiful little girls out there, and a lot of new fans that we love and adore.”

REPORT: Travis Kelce & Taylor Swift Have A Giant “Relationship Rule” That Will Be Tested To The Limits This Summer

Grammy Award-winning singer Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs superstar tight end Travis Kelce reportedly have a crucial “relationship rule” that will see its toughest test yet in the coming weeks.

Last fall, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift essentially confirmed rumors that they were dating after the latter appeared at the Chiefs’ Week 3 home game against the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead Stadium. Swift attended 13 of the Chiefs’ 2023 games, including every playoff contest and their Super Bowl 58 win over the San Francisco 49ers.

According to a report from The Mirror, Swift and Kelce have a specific relationship rule in which they can only go two weeks maximum without seeing the other.

But Kelce is entering the busy stages of the offseason with Kansas City, and Swift has concert performances in the United Kingdom, Poland and Austria this summer. As such, it’s going to be difficult for them to maintain that two-week rule over the next couple of months:

“The 34-year-old pop icon has reportedly laid down some pretty strict relationship rules for her NFL star boyfriend to follow if he wants to be with her for the long run. Following 34-year-old Travis’ Kansas City Cheifs’ Super Bowl parade earlier this year – which saw him branded a ‘red flag’ by fans – the couple reportedly decided not to ever spend more than two weeks apart.”

Travis Kelce and the Chiefs begin mandatory minicamp on Tuesday. Their first preseason game will take place against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Aug. 10, with showdowns against the Detroit Lions (Aug. 17) and Chicago Bears (Aug. 22) to follow.

Travis Kelce & Chiefs Aim For First-Ever NFL Three-Peat

The Chiefs became the first team to repeat as Super Bowl champions since the 2004 New England Patriots. With the victory over San Francisco, KC also cemented themselves as a dynasty with a third Super Bowl title in just five years.

No team in history has completed the Super Bowl three-peat, though teams like the 1990 San Francisco 49ers and 1994 Dallas Cowboys came relatively close. If there’s one team that can make history, however, it’s the team with Kelce, Patrick Mahomes, Chris Jones and Andy Reid.

Kansas City’s quest to a three-peat will begin on Sept. 5 when they welcome Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens to Arrowhead Stadium.
