SHOCKING DETAILS Kristin Cavallari’s boyfriend Mark Estes’ ‘BL00DY’ brawl at MSU left victim ‘TRAUMATIZED’ & injured with ‘BROKEN BONES’-O

KRISTIN Cavallari’s boyfriend Mark Estes’ shocking alleged attack on a fellow MSU student left the victim with injuries including broken bones, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.

Mark, 24, was a student at Montana State University years before he and Kristin, 37, went public with their relationship in February 2024.

He was also part of the college’s Bobcats football team beginning in his freshman year in 2018.

The TikTok star transferred to Montana Tech in 2021 after getting banned from MSU following a fight with another student, The U.S. Sun has confirmed.

According to multiple Calls For Service reports exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun, the Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office investigated two suspects – Mark and his friend/another football player (who The U.S. Sun has chosen to keep anonymous) – for simple assault and aggravated assault.

The incident took place during a party at a residence in Bozeman, Montana that was “notorious for throwing parties.”

In one report, the reporting person called cops at 1:38pm on February 7, 2021, and told them that her friend (one of the two victims in the case) was “just jumped by some people.”

She stated that the two suspects “pulled up to the house and got mad” following a “parking dispute.”

They proceeded to “step” on the victim’s hand and “throw punches,” according to the report.

An officer noted that it was not clear if any of the parties involved – the suspects, victims or witnesses – were intoxicated at the time.

Law enforcement continued investigating the fight until nearly 11 pm that night, as noted in a second report obtained by The U.S. Sun.

Cops interviewed the victims and photographed the victims’ injuries.

While the scene of the crime was photographed, there was no evidence of the altercation due to snowfall on the road being plowed.

According to a third report from the Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun, the investigation was closed four days later on February 11, 2021.

The report stated the investigation was to determine whether the suspects would be charged for simple assault (minor injury) and/or aggravated assault (permanent or life-threatening injury).

Both suspects, Mark and his friend, were found to have had “alcohol,” but no details were given regarding the blood alcohol content (BAC).

The victim was on the ground and Mark was on top of him, beating him up.

Mark was named as the offender in the case, but was not ultimately charged.

An officer from Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office told Page Six that he believed there was probable cause to charge Mark with aggravated assault because “one person’s injuries sustained rose to the level of aggravated assault.”

The outlet also reported that despite the officer submitting a request to charge the star, the Gallatin County Attorney’s Office decided not to press charges against Estes or others involved because they felt it was “mutual combat.”

The report listed 10 witnesses in the investigation, presumably some of which were also party-goers, but further supplemental information, including the photos of the victims’ injuries, has not been made available to the public yet.

The U.S. Sun submitted a request two months ago and has yet to be approved for release from the Gallatin County Attorney’s Office.

SPEAKING OUT

The U.S. Sun spoke to three sources who either were involved in the incident as an eyewitness and/or were aware of the details.

All three sources claimed that there was mainly one guy who was beat up, even though there were two victims listed in the police reports.

“His orbital bones were broken and he had bleeding under his eyes,” the first insider claimed, referring to the primary victim.

The insider alleged that there was also third person involved – a female who helped break up the fight.

The insider claimed that her attempts to break up the fight led to “one of her fingernails getting ripped off” and “scrapes all on her legs.”

A second insider said that the “parking dispute” began when Mark and his friends had trouble moving their truck in the snow-covered street, so they started “yelling at the car, which had just pulled up behind them, and had two girls in it – a driver and her friend.”

Party-goers inside heard the shouting going on and that’s when the primary victim and the second victim came out to help.

“Mark charged at the primary victim. He definitely initiated the fight,” the second source claimed, noting the boys “didn’t have history.”

“Mark just attacked the primary victim. The victim was on the ground and Mark was on top of him, beating him up.”

The source went on to say it became a “very messy situation” and the second victim got involved more with Mark’s friend, the second suspect, as he tried to break it up.

The involved parties allegedly went their separate ways – the two suspects left in their truck and the victim got in the girls’ car.

The victim was dropped off at his home, and then his roommates allegedly brought him to the hospital after he changed his mind about going to get his injuries checked, and the second victim also allegedly went to the hospital.

“I think Mark’s a horrible person,” the second source told The U.S. Sun.

“I don’t know him personally, but I have nothing good to say about him just from that one incident I witnessed.”

AFTERMATH

Following the February 2021 incident, Mark, accompanied by his lawyer, had a meeting with the dean of MSU and some witnesses over Zoom (presumably due to the pandemic).

The second source revealed that The Montana Boyz member was expelled in April 2021 and placed on a five-year ban from stepping foot on campus.

He was also allegedly kicked off the football team, which is why he presumably began playing for the Montana Tech Diggers in 2021.

When reached for comment, the director of communications for MSU was unable to provide a statement regarding this information.

He told The U.S. Sun in response, “Matters concerning individual students’ discipline are protected by federal privacy law.”

A third source, who is close to the primary victim, told The U.S. Sun that the alleged assault was “traumatizing for him.”

“He believes the guys went after him for no reason,” the source said.

“He believes he is still in danger until this day, especially if he were to speak out. This will never go away.”

Meanwhile, the second source said that the assault “might have caused some anxiety,” and said that the victim “didn’t want anything to come out of it” and “just wanted to forget about it and move on.”

The U.S. Sun attempted to get in contact with both victims.

The U.S. Sun also reached out to Mark’s rep for comment.
