Many sports fans worldwide consider former NFL punter and part-time WWE commentator Pat McAfee one of the most reliable sources. Espescially when it comes to the league that once put the food on his table.

Recently, Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis found himself at the center of some exciting controversy surrounding his suspected relationship with model Hayden Hopkins. Fans believed that he was the father of her recently revealed unborn child.

This sparked many news outlets around the world to cover the couple’s assumed pregnancy and 44-year age gap, leading the talk show host to cover the news as well before the 26-year-old model eventually put the rumors to bed.

McAfee made a snide remark while commentating on the WWE’s Monday Night Raw series, stating, “A lot of people look at the size difference and think JD has no chance. Mark Davis is 70 years old and is expecting a child with a 26-year-old. Anything is possible in this modern world!”

Pat McAfee Apologizes For Fueling Speculation About Hayden Hopkins’s Pregnancy

The comments on the broadcast once again pushed Hopkins to deny the false rumors completely. She posted to her X account stating, “Reports of Mark Davis being the father of my child are wildly untrue.”

McAfee promptly issued an apology to the 26-year-old model after aiding the spread of rumors. “I apologize for perpetuating a lie,” McAfee said. He continued by adding “It would suck to have a 70-year-old billionaire looming over this. So I’d like to apologize to Hayden and let the world know, hey, we gotta make sure we get these things right.”

After the whole ordeal, McAfee also sent his congratulations to Hopkins and her partner Joey on the wonderful announcement.

Professional dancer and choreographer Hayden Hopkins has broken her silence after her pregnancy announcement and subsequent rumors that she was expecting a child with Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis.

A report surfaced on X stating that Davis and dancer and choreographer Hayden Hopkins are expecting a child together after much internet chatter.

However, it wasn’t true.

Hopkins quickly dispelled the rumor.

“Reports of Mark Davis being the father of my child are wildly untrue,” Hopkins wrote. “I was pictured sitting next to him at a game in 2022 and have endured false rumors of a romantic relationship since. I was just a guest sitting in the owner’s box with other friends.”

Hopkins was first spotted seated next to Davis in his luxury box during the Raiders’ game against the Los Angeles Chargers on Dec. 4, leading many to believe they were dating. On that occasion, Davis was caught on camera venting his frustration while Hopkins sat by his side wearing a black Raiders baseball cap.

Some assumed the Raiders owner was her child’s father after her revelation and the rumor that she and Mark Davis had been dating for two years.

The former Cirque Du Soleil dancer shared a photo from her seat on her Instagram stories.

“Haha, MD is a legend! He’s my neighbor/friend,” Hopkins told a fan about her neighbor and friend Mark Davis, or as she calls him, MD. “Fun game.”

Hopkins announced her pregnancy on Instagram last month.

According to NFL Network‘s Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero, last year, he was reportedly “increasingly impressed” with the job interim coach Antonio Pierce had done after he fired Josh McDaniels.

Rapoport and Pelissero noted that “Davis is a believer that you need a big name in Las Vegas.” Despite that, he would ultimately listen to his players and fans and hire Pierce as the new head coach.

Davis is hoping the team can one day return to greatness.
