Justin Jefferson — You ARE the father.

A judge in New Jersey ruled that Justin Jefferson is the father of a child born to his former girlfriend.

According to a court order that was obtained by the Daily Mail, New Jersey family court Judge Aldo J. Russo ruled last month that the Minnesota Vikings wide receiver was indeed the father of a baby girl he shares with a woman named Andrea Galea.

The ruling stated that an “interim child support obligation” had been agreed to by Jefferson and Galea. However, the specifics of the agreement were not revealed.

As we know, this is Justin Jefferson’s first child, so that child support number is likely astronomical. Jefferson signed a four-year, $140 million contract extension with the Vikings this offseason, which included $100 million guaranteed.

Galea, a University of Miami Law School graduate who went to LSU at the time Jefferson played there, claimed in her paternity lawsuit in January that Jefferson was the father of her daughter Stella, who was born in December.

She claimed she and Jefferson dated for a while in 2019 and reconnected in April 2023.

Daily Mail’s Alex Raskin further reported that Judge Aldo J. Russo ordered that Jefferson and his ex-girlfriend, Andrea Galea, share joint legal custody of the minor child.

Justin Jefferson’s Former Girlfriend Exposes Screenshots of His Damning Text Messages

Before Justin Jefferson was ruled the father of a child from his former girlfriend, he tried his best to get rid of the child.

In February, Andrea Galea accused the Minnesota Vikings wide receiver of pressuring her into having an abortion after she became pregnant in 2023.

In her complaint, Galea shared screenshots of text messages that allegedly showed Jefferson doing just that. She added he “began acting towards her with great insensitivity and extreme cruelty” after it became clear she would not get an abortion.

Following the success of ‘Quarterback,’ Netflix is set to bring another football show to the screen, this time focusing on the wide receiver position.

The streaming giants want to give fans a behind-the-scenes view of their favorite receivers ahead of the 2024 NFL season. And, unlike ‘Quarterback,’ which zoned in on three NFL quarterbacks, ‘Receiver’ will offer a closer look at five of the top pass catchers in the league.

The upcoming show, set for release on July 10, features Justin Jefferson, Davante Adams, George Kittle, Deebo Samuel, and Amon-Ra St. Brown.

A description of the docuseries reads: “It’s been said that there’s no more difficult position in the NFL than the quarterback. But throwing the pass is only half the story. Receiver follows five of the NFL’s best pass catchers throughout the 2023 season on and off the field.”

Check Out The Trailer For ‘Receiver’

The ‘Receiver’ trailer, shown below, offers a sneak peek into the lives of the aforementioned stars as they go about their daily lives on and off the field.

It should be particularly interesting for San Francisco 49ers stars Samuel and Kittle as they went all the way to the Super Bowl last season, albeit failing to beat the Kansas City Chiefs.

Jefferson also had an interesting year in terms of difficulty. The Minnesota Vikings star endured a lengthy period on the sidelines because of hamstring and chest issues. Yet, he finished with over 1,000 receiving yards for the fourth straight year despite missing seven games.

The first season of ‘Receiver’ will consist of eight episodes, each running for 45 minutes. It promises to be a spectacle.
