Gisele Reportedly Deeply Disappointed By Relationship Jokes During Tom Brady Roast

Not since Gilbert Gottfried told “The Aristocrats” at The Roast of Hugh Hefner has the world been buzzing about a celebrity roast the way they are about Netflix’s special, The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady.

However, some people in the GOAT’s orbit wound up taking some shots as well, including his ex-wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen.

The Brady-Bündch called it quits in 2022, and ever since then their daily lives have become tabloid fodder. However, it was also fodder for comics and comedy writers trying to come up with some haymakers for the roast, and according to a report from People, it’s not sitting well with Gisele.

According to an unnamed source, the 43-year-old model was “deeply disappointed by the disrespectful portrayal of her family on Sunday evening’s roast show.”

If you saw the roast, there were more than a couple of shots fired at her and her relationship with her jiu-jitsu coach, Joaquim Valente. And that’s what you expect from a roast. Dirty laundry will be aired and comics will do whatever they can to push the boundaries as much as they can. It’s kind of the point!

Plus, how many avenues are there to goof on a guy who is the greatest of all time in his chosen field, is good-looking, and incredibly rich?

He’s so rich, that he’s still rich after getting taken to the cleaners by that FTX creep.

Gisele Is Reportedly Unhappy With The Affect The Roast Had On Her Kids

However, what has been interesting about the Brady roast was how frequently, Gisele was the subject (and sometimes target) of some serious howitzers.

The source told People that she was also concerned about the way her kids were “affected” by the roast.

“As always, [Bündchen’s] priority is to support her children who were affected by the irresponsible content that was broadcaster,” the source said.

As much as we all love seeing edgy comedy being (for the most part) well-received and understood to be jokes, I kind of get it. The kids she shares with Brady are 13 and 10, which means they’re old enough to peruse the internet.

I didn’t watch the roast when it aired, but I still saw all of the biggest jokes of the night on that very same internet.

You can understand why she wouldn’t be jazzed about her kids stumbling across them years before they even have their learner’s permits.

It’s an interesting thing to consider, and it will certainly be something the subject of the next roast will consider before the agree to sit there and take a barrage of ruthless jokes.
