Exclusive: The HILARIOUS banter between Travis Kelce and Kim Kardashian on social media

Travis Kelce will be starting a new career path soon. The Kansas City Chiefs star is ready to become a TV star as well, and that, added to his relationship with Taylor Swift, will probably raise his popularity even more.

He recently spoke about his rapidly approaching debut as the host of Are you Smarter than a Celebrity? and a particular reality show came up.

Travis Kelce was rather dismissive when someone suggested he make a show similar to Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and considering how complicated the relationship between Taylor and the Kardashian family still is, Travis’ response to the suggestion wasn’t at all surprising.

Travis Kelce is on his way to becoming a TV star, but don’t expect him to appear on any reality show. He will be joining Are you Smarter than a Celebrity? as host soon, but that’s as far as he wants to go for now.

“I grew up loving game shows, and I’m excited to be following in the footsteps of so many TV icons by hosting my very first one with Are you Smarter than a Celebrity?” he said a few weeks ago when he announced it. “The original show is a great success, so to be bringing a new format with everyone’s favorite celebrities to the screen, will definitely be entertaining. I’m just happy to be on the hosting side of the equation here and excited to see how these famous faces keep up,” he concluded happily.

Now that he will become a regular feature on television, he’s been asked about other things he’d like to do. At one point, Extra host Billy Bush brought up Keeping Up with the Kardashians and asked him if he’d like to do a show like that. Travis Kelce’s response was a definitive “no”, adding that “The reality show is in my past.”

“All that time you were throwing punches / I was building something / And I can’t forgive the way you made me feel / Screamed ‘F**k you, Aimee’ to the night sky / As the blood was gushing / But I can’t forget the way you made me heal.”

Those are the lyrics Taylor Swift wrote in “thanK you aIMee”, a song about Kim Kardashian. It’s no wonder Travis Kelce wants nothing to do with the Kardashian reality show. Taylor was referencing how her very public fight with Kim and Kanye West almost ruined her life and career, and not long after the song came out, sources shared an alleged response from the reality TV star.

“She’s over it and thinks Taylor should move on,” the insider said. Apparently, Kim Kardashian “doesn’t get why [Taylor Swift] keeps harping on it” since “it’s been literally years.”

Taylor Swift has been very open about how much she suffered from Kim and Kanye’s actions and the bullying that followed, so despite the time that passed, it’s unlikely Taylor, or anyone close to her, will want anything to do with Kim Kardashian.
