The most well-known sibling of Patrick Mahomes is Jackson Mahomes. The quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs does, however, have a half-brother named Graham Walker, who is paving his own way to the NFL.

Mahomes’ half-brother, Graham Walker, plays wide receiver for the Brown Bears.

Walker is a wide receiver at Brown University, an Ivy League program.

NFL Fans were shocked to find out about Patrick Mahomes’ little-known half-brother:

In February, Graham Walker, the third son of Pat Mahomes Sr. and the half-brother of Kansas City Chiefs Patrick Mahomes, announced he was transferring to Rice University after spending the last three seasons at Brown University as a wide receiver.

Walker originally chose the Ivy League school for the “unique opportunities” it provided him academically and athletically. He is a senior with a concentration in philosophy.

“I was also impressed by the friendly atmosphere of the coaches and the community,” he told BrownBears.com.

Walker is transferring to Rice University in the hopes of joining the NFL.

“Seeing the track record of guys going to the NFL and the guys that the coaching staff has developed just provides more and more reason to join such a great program,” he told The Roost.

“(Graham) finally decided he wants to be a serious football player, so we have him in the transfer portal,” his father told FOX4. “His manners are intact, his stepdad did a great job with him, his mom did a great job with him, and now I’m getting the chance to put my hands on him a little more,” he added before referring to his son as “a very impressive young man.”

In 2020, the year he officially joined the Bears, he was not on the field since the COVID-19 epidemic caused the season to be canceled. However, Graham Walker seized the chance in 2021.

Walker led all Ivy League rookies in receptions, receiving yards, and touchdown receptions during that season, playing in all ten games. He recorded at least 100 receiving yards in two of his games, including a nine-catch, 132-yard effort versus Harvard. With 54 receptions, he was tied for sixth place in the league and caught six touchdown passes during the season.

Walker played in seven games in 2022, catching 28 catches for 292 yards, three touchdowns, and an average of 41.7 yards per game.

After collecting 54 passes for 664 yards and six touchdowns in 10 games as a sophomore, Walker was named an All-American. In his three seasons as a Bear, he has nearly 1,500 career receiving yards and 15 touchdown receptions.
