We have seen a number of terribly designed caps over the years, but the New Era fitted caps may be the worst we have ever seen.

Coming into the new 2024 season, the NFL and New Era released some new Checkered Undervisor 59FIFTY Fitted Hats, which are receiving terrible reviews.

The New Era Checkered Undervisor 59FIFTY Fitted Hat has the caps looking terribly. Big, bold letters take up the majority of the space on the top of the cap, and a small logo of the team is next to it.

The caps are currently going for $49.99, and fans likely won’t have to worry about the New Era caps going out of stock, as many fans are not happy with them.

Fan reaction online and what people are actually doing varies because if you head over to try and get the New Era Chicago Bears cap from the website, you will find that every size is out of stock.

However, a team like the New England Patriots has every size available, while the Kansas City Chiefs only have four sizes currently out of stock.

New Era Previously Releases NFL Draft Hats 2024

Just like every year, there was an official NFL Draft hat by New Era that featured licensed hats for all 32 teams.

This year, each cap was black and featured the team’s logo with a sharp-looking drop shadow on the front and a team-specific regional patch embroidered on the right side.

For example, the Browns paid tribute to the Dawg Pound while the Cowboys cap features their nickname, “America’s Team.”
