BILLY Ray Cyrus has accused his ex-wife of cheating on him just days after he filed to annul their marriage.
He and singer Firerose, 35, were married for just seven months.

Infidelity played a part in why Billy, 62, ended his marriage so quickly, a source told Us Weekly.
“Billy and Firerose were always fighting and the relationship was intense and toxic at times,” the source said.
“Billy accused Firerose of cheating and it was the final straw for him.”
The insider went on to say that Billy’s children – Miley, Noah, Brandi, Trace, Christopher, and Braison – did not approve of their relationship.

They also “never understood the relationship” and why Billy rushed into marriage with Firerose, whose real name is Johanna Rosie Hodges.
“Miley is hopeful this will give some peace to the family and she thinks this is a good step in the right direction for him,” the source went on.
Billy Ray also accused Firerose of overcharging his credit cards, according to InTouch.
He claimed she put 37 charges on his card costing $96,986.05 between May 23 and June 7.

The reasons listed on the documents were “inappropriate marital conduct and irreconcilable differences.”
Billy also wants to file for an annulment on the grounds of fraud.
They do not have any children together.

The exes first met 12 years ago while Billy was on the set of Disney Channel’s Hannah Montana.

He became a grandfather for the first time when Braison and his wife welcomed their first child in 2021.
Billy had filed for divorce from Tish in 2010, but dropped the proceedings in 2011.
Tish filed for divorce in 2013, but went to therapy and dropped the divorce.
They filed for divorce one more time in 2022, and this time they went through with it, after being separated for two years.
Billy Ray got engaged to singer Firerose in 2022 and they got married in 2023.
They do not have any children together.
In June 2024, Billy Ray filed for divorce from Firerose, accusing her of cheating on him, according to Us Weekly
Billy previously remembered seeing the Australian singer for the first time.
He noticed her star quality right away.
The singers stayed in touch over the years and eventually started dating.
Firerose moved into Billy’s Tennessee farm in the summer of 2022.
They got engaged a few months later.
Billy and Firerose got married on October 10, 2023.
Before they got into a relationship, she had called Billy Ray her “mentor and longtime pal.”
The couple received backlash as Firerose is only four years older than Miley, 31.
