Stephen A Smith has revealed quite an incredible body transformation.

The ‘First Take’ host has been getting clowned over his physical features in recent months, having gotten photographed on the beach next to a certain female companion.

His basketball skills have also come under criticism, with the New Orleans Pelicans putting out a lowlight tape of the ESPN star following his bashing of Zion Williamson. Smith has taken lots of heat these last few months but has kept on going and it would appear that his saving grace is now here as he has taken to social media to show off the results of a year-long fitness journey.

Stephen A Smith has posted a video to X/Twitter in which he shows a protruding stomach from a year ago before revealing how flat it is today. The 56-year-old also disclosed previously having up to 30 percent body fat while he was also very close to being considered diabetic.

Stephen A Smith Is Reaping the Benefits Of Working With Shannon Sharpe

It’s hard not to feel inspired when you’re constantly around people who are in much better shape than you are.

Stephen A Smith has been working alongside former NFL star and three-time Super Bowl winner Shannon Sharpe for a while now and probably felt like he needed to step his game up.

While he would be the first one to admit he’s never going to be on Shannon’s level, Stephen A. has come a long way.

His efforts to slim down and flatten his stomach rightly earned him some praise. It also puts his criticism of Williamson in a slightly better light as an NBA star could certainly take strides to keep his body weight under control if an aging reporter could do it.

The Dallas Mavericks had the last opportunity to remain in the NBA Finals, and they made the most of it by snatching a 122-84 win in Game 4 over the Boston Celtics. Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving mostly looked after the offense. However, they needed a third player who would come through to make an impact. The player was none other than Mavs rookie Dereck Lively II. His outstanding performance earned him praise from the franchise’s superstar.

During the post-game press conference, Doncic’s face lit up when asked to share his thoughts about Lively. Praising his teammate for the double-double contribution, the Slovenian said, “I think people forget he’s a rookie doing this stuff. He’s been amazing the whole season, just watching him grow has been unbelievable.”

Friday night was the first time since mid-November last year that Lively attempted a shot from behind the 3-point arc. But when Doncic passed him the ball, the 7-foot-1 center could hold himself back and shot a marvelous bucket from the deep. He finished the night with 11 points and 12 rebounds by shooting 4-of-5 from the floor.

However, his on-court performance helped the Mavs maintain their supremacy in the game, and his off-court actions also benefitted the team.
