Fans were worried about Steph Curry after a photo of the star’s bloody leg surfaced online this week.

The Golden State Warriors point guard helped Team USA snatch a 92-88 win over Germany in a friendly fixture played in London, England, on Monday. He scored 13 points, going 5-for-13 from the field, adding three rebounds and two assists in 25 minutes.

Fans Had Plenty To Say about Steph Curry’s Mystery Injury

There have been no updates regarding what caused Steph Curry’s injury, but it doesn’t appear very serious, given that he was able to finish the game, although he was not quite himself. It’s very likely he suffered a cut somewhere on his lower body.

Still, NBA fans were worried after coming across the image on social media.

“how tf this even happen,” one raged.

“I hope he is ok?🥹,” said another.

“WHO HURT MY GOAT,” another demanded to know.

“Oops!! No wonder he was not in his element,” someone observed.

“Oh damn hope it’s nothing too serious,” one comment read.

Steph and Team USA will tip their Olympic campaign off in a game against Serbia this Sunday, with the games opening on Friday night. He will hope to add an Olympic gold medal to his already impressive CV.

While Wednesday night went well for thirty new draft picks, some were left disappointed. One such player is Duke’s, Kyle Filipowski, who had high hopes of finding his new home in the NBA. Instead, he went back empty-handed.

The 7-foot offensive center was present in the Barclays Center green room with his nearby ones waiting for his name to be called out. However, in the pool of talented players, Filipowski couldn’t make the spot. This does not mean he has missed the opportunity this year. The 20-year-old might not have made it into the first round, but the second one is still left.

One of the saddest moments from the event shared on X (formerly known as Twitter) was Filipowski hugging his girlfriend. The young athlete looked disheartened by the situation while she tried to console him.

The Blue Devils’ standout put up 16.4 points, 8.3 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game in the 2023-2024 season. Filipowski did display his shooting skills, but that wasn’t enough for the Duke man to engage in a contract with any franchise.

The short video soon circulated on the internet, reaching the NBA community, who didn’t hold back from reacting to his mourning moment.
