NFL fans are ridiculing Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott after one of his latest offseason workout videos went viral.

Ezekiel Elliott regularly trains with Josh Hicks, the founder of the 3Hunnid Fitness program. 3Hunnid Fitness has a specialized set of workout programs, including “The RB Guru” that helps running backs enhance their skills.

Elliott’s latest workout video included drills where he had to maneuver quickly around a set of garbage cans:

And as you would have guessed, football fans had a field day poking fun at the two-time rushing champion:

Elliott spent his first seven NFL seasons with the Cowboys (2016 to 2022), winning two rushing titles (2016 and 2018) and helping the team to four postseason appearances. In the 2023 offseason, Dallas cut their star running back in a cap-saving move.

Ezekiel Elliott signed a one-year deal with the New England Patriots following his release from Dallas. The soon-to-be 29-year-old had 642 rushing yards, three touchdowns and 955 total yards of offense, serving as the No. 2 RB behind Rhamondre Stevenson.

In his last season with Dallas, Elliott lost the RB1 job to Tony Pollard but still tallied 876 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns. Elliott is a four-time 1,000-yard rusher with over 1,200 yards of offense in six of his eight NFL campaigns.

Ezekiel Elliott Will Get A Heavy Workload In Dallas

The Cowboys lost their RB1, the aforementioned Tony Pollard, to the Tennessee Titans in free agency. Surprisingly, Jerry Jones decided to avoid any significant splashes on offense, with the return of Zeke headlining his biggest acquisition.

The Dallas RB room consists of Elliott, Rico Dowdle, Deuce Vaughn and Royce Freeman. Given Elliott’s experience and longtime familiarity with Dallas’ offense, it’s safe to say he’ll get a much heavier workload than last year.

Dallas opens their 2024 season with a road game against the Cleveland Browns on Sept. 8.

The Pittsburgh Steelers will be without one of their defensive starters for the first eight games of the upcoming 2024 season.

Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the NFL has suspended Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Cameron Sutton for the first eight games of 2024 for violating the league’s Personal Conduct Policy. He will be eligible to return for their Week 10 road game against the Washington Commanders that falls after their bye week.

Sutton was charged with domestic battery against his girlfriend back in March, leading to his release from the Detroit Lions. Sutton evaded authorities for three weeks before turning himself in.

After spending his first six seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Sutton signed a three-year deal with the Detroit Lions in 2023 free agency worth $33 million. Sutton had one interception, six pass breakups and one forced fumble as the Lions went on to reach their first NFC title game in 32 years.
